My pleasant words promote instruction

My Personalized Confession

The heart of me, the wise, teacheth (maketh wise) my mouth,
and addeth learning to my lips.
Pleasant words are as an honeycomb,
sweet to the soul, and health to the bones.
Proverbs 16:23-24

There is gold, and a multitude of rubies:
but my lips of knowledge are a precious jewel.
Proverbs 20:15

My word fitly spoken
is like apples of gold in pictures of silver.
As an earring of gold, and an ornament of fine gold,
so am I, a wise reprover, upon an obedient ear.
Proverbs 25:11-12

By long forbearing is a prince persuaded,
and a soft tongue breaketh the bone.
Proverbs 25:15

I open my mouth with wisdom;
and in my tongue is the law of kindness.
Proverbs 31:26

The Lord GOD hath given me the tongue of the learned,
that I should know how to speak a word in season
to him that is weary:
he wakeneth morning by morning,
he wakeneth mine ear to hear as the learned.
Isaiah 50:4

I the servant of the Lord do not strive;
but I am gentle unto all men,
apt to teach, patient,
in meekness I instruct those that oppose themselves;
if God peradventure will give them repentance
to the acknowledging of the truth;
and that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil,
who are taken captive by him at his will.
2 Timothy 2:24-26
