In what direction does the shade of a solar eclipse move?

 

In answer 231 we dealt with the solar eclipse in Chicago in the year 1954.

We had found out that it was in the morning at 07:25 and that was on the 30th of June 1954.

Moonrise had been at 05:15 and sunrise at 05:17.

There the course of the solar eclipse was then also shown.

I have now looked at the some points of the course and compiled data for it:

No, I have not got the data yet complete, but have a look at the last picture on the webpage mentioned above.
