At what time of the day was then the picture to answer 207 taken?

 

The picture was taken in Novosibirsk.

Novosibirsk is in the northern hemisphere. There the sun rises on the left at the bottom, then goes to the right and upwards and after it has arrived at the top, it goes further to the right and down and then sets on the right below.

That must therefore have been in the afternoon.
