06.005 Desolate and deserted

Jakob Lorber
The great Gospel of John, 1851-1864
jl.ev06.192,01-02 Desolate and deserted

01] All now rested on the earth. Only Agrikola set on a bench and soon started to talk, saying: »Therefore down there the big ball is the earth, and up there is the moon as the smaller ball and there still deeper under the earth unmistakeably the sun! Oh, that is a wonderful sight, and the seemingly empty space is filled with beings of my kind! Some float down to earth, and others again soar away from it. And, oh, oh, there is already the moon-earth! It has much similarity with our earth; but everything looks so desolate and deserted. I certainly would not like it there, and its inhabitants also seem not to like it much; because all of them make very saddened faces and look very withered away.«

02] Says the angel: »That are only certain souls of the earth, which are getting, as it were, chipped away from their too great world addiction, so that they then become able to a higher education. Look, here on the counter side of this earth it already looks more cheerfully and naturally! Those are the real inhabitants of this moon earth.«
